About
My Commitment
I offer a safe environment to examine challenging aspects of your life and evidence-based solutions that are focused on your particular needs. Using a combination of acceptance based strategies, exposure/response prevention, mindfulness, and self-compassion, I aim to promote insight, healing, and growth in my clients.
My Story
I earned my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University of Santa Barbara in 2015. Since then, I have practiced in a wide range of clinical settings in Santa Barbara and Ventura County, treating children, adolescents, young adults and adults. My primary areas of focus have centered around the treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, substance use, and self-esteem, and I have extensive experience working with clients of different age groups. Most recently, I worked at UCSB Student Health as a Behavioral Health Therapist, specializing in the treatment of addictive behaviors. I am passionate about helping others develop self-awareness in order to lead a purposeful life. When I am not providing counseling services, I enjoy surfing, making music, going to concerts, and hiking.
