Self Esteem & Identity
Who could you be if self-doubt didn’t
hold you back?

What does confidence mean to you?
When self-esteem falters and identity feels unclear, life can seem overwhelming. It’s exhausting to feel unsure of yourself—to second-guess every decision, compare yourself to others, or wonder if you’re enough. Self-esteem and identity struggles can hold you back from living fully. In therapy, we’ll work to silence the doubts, uncover your unique strengths, and build a resilient sense of self that can withstand the waves of life.
Imagine standing tall in your values and living a life that reflects the real you.

Modalities For Treatment

ACT
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) offers a unique approach to building self-esteem by focusing on self-acceptance and living a life aligned with your values. Instead of getting caught up in harsh self-criticism or trying to meet impossible standards, ACT helps you develop a kinder relationship with yourself. Together, we’ll explore how to let go of unhelpful thoughts, embrace your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Relational Therapy
Relational therapy can be a powerful approach to exploring and resolving identity issues by focusing on how your sense of self is shaped through relationships and past experiences. In a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, we’ll work together to uncover patterns, beliefs, and dynamics that may be influencing how you see yourself. This process helps you gain clarity about your true identity, separate from the expectations or pressures of others.
IFS/ Parts Work
Internal Family Systems(IFS) can be a powerful tool for improving self-esteem by helping you connect with and understand the different parts of yourself. Often, feelings of low self-worth come from critical or wounded parts that developed as a way to protect you during difficult times. In therapy, we’ll work together to explore these parts with compassion, giving them a voice and addressing their needs.
